If you decide to run room-temperature processes in your JOBO processor without the water bath, the supplied white roller in the roller block should be exchanged with the Easy Running roller. The Easy Running roller has a steel axle on which the roller turns. This low friction replacement protects the motor of the processor and avoids wear and tear on the roller block when used without a water bath. The Easy Running roller can remain in the processor when using the water bath.
